My Friend Let’s Ride Tonight
Masked with shadows,
Lost in sight,
my daemon is awake
while I’m asleep & dreaming,
on the other side of the mirror.
A place where I know nothing of his world
being many countless miles apart from familiarity to me,
I try considering his life and what it might be,
in a land I can only picture through my imagination’s eye,
the only one of 3 that show themselves on this world I’m in with my strong friend,
And then I feel what I’ve been born to do,
calling me to a perfect tsaheylu,
I can’t ignore the duty felt deeply as one’s instinct,
drawn as if by invisible puppet string and invisible puppet master hands to the ready.
I grab my raiders garb and shrink down to size.
It feels safer this way in the mirror’s world of unknowns and mysteries,
shrouded in tales of ancient ones like those before he and I.
For we have been checking connections tirelessly,
making sure all are ready for the evolution of the many to finally become,
